Is there suffering in intercessory prayer when you pray for others? Whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of God who created you for a specific job. So celebrate your calling and embrace your destiny. Yes, there's some labour and struggle required, but trust God for the energy required. You are the glove and God's the hand that fills it, controls and activates it. So relax and set up a constant conversation with God. ♥
It is important as we walk this path of suffering not to waste our trials on self-pity. Let them drive us to intercession.
Things happen to you that can cause pain and sadness to live within your heart. Don't let bitterness linger and make your heart hard. Learn to accept that certain things from the past can't be changed and trust that God will, in time, heal you and make you whole again.
